Day 18- Be your Mantra
Happy Sunday!
Good morning! Hope you are having a wonderful morning already.
As we get ready for the new week, we should always give gratitude for the week past with no major difficulties and look forward to another exciting week with new blessings and new challenges.
Mantras are meaningful words or a phrase repeated frequently to help a person improve psychologically or spiritually.
So.... what is your mantra?
Mine is:
Peace... Love.... Harmony.....

This has always been my favorite personal mantra.
Why you this phrase may ask?
These words are what I want to bring more of into my life and the world.
I will go through each word carefully....
Peace:
Being at peace was the first step I took into being a more spiritual person.
The more inner peace I have, the less chaotic life seems to be. Everything is now so simple....
Inner peace is not something anyone should take for granted! It frees you from mental slavery and gives ultimate tranquility.
This awakens you fully into the life you are truly meant to live, and everything will always fall into place perfectly.
As you find peace within yourself, you will notice your surroundings start to change and people around you seem much calmer.
Not only do you make better decisions now that you are calmer, you will also have more self control, more willpower and be very composed at all times.
Now, as soon as I realize I have a problem, I believe a solution is already on its way... So I never have to worry about anything. I believe things will sort out itself naturally, and whatever action I need to take now will be done with divine timing.
You would be able to handle tough situations with poise and nothing will really ever worry or shock you, because you saw it coming anyways. Why worry when you have God or the Universe on your side?
As you have peace, within you, share it with the world. We definitely need more of it now more than ever!

Love:
I am so in love right now.....
There was a time where finding love was my ultimate purpose!
I kept searching....
You cannot imagine how much I wept when I realized who my one true love was.... The last person that was ever on my mind....
Someone that I had ignored... Bullied... Castigated.... Criticized.... even hated....
Wow! A big turn around, huh?
Yeah. That person was me.
Sometimes I look back and I am so shocked that I ever used the word "I hate you" on myself!
Once I learned to accept myself for who I was, that was when I learned to love myself, flaws and all!
I had now realized that if you want to attract love, you have to cultivate inner love.

The person you should marry first is yourself!
I love to be in love....

A tug of war between the creative side of my life that I had totally ignored, and tried not to develop intentionally, while I developed intellectually beyond expectations. This obviously destroyed the balance I had in my life, which explained why I was a moody person.
Love and Peace restored the balance I needed to merge both sides together and be whole again finally.
Love is meant to be shared.... As you give more love out to others, you will receive back in abundance! Praise people as much as you praise yourself.
Love is a universal language, and I speak it. I accept everyone for who they are because I accept myself for who I am.
With love comes true fearlessness... I will defend those I love for as long as I live! Not even a question!
We are all worthy of love!
Harmony:
Peace and love has created harmony....
Harmony of my body, mind and soul....
Harmony in my relationships...
Harmony in my surroundings...
Harmony in my life!
I have less conflict or arguments now than ever before. I have learned to be less judgmental and more empathetic.
Little things in my life now happen like a coincidence or luck... Everything is falling into place, piece by piece, perfectly.
The balance I have created in my life all started through meditation.
I believe combining meditation and prayer is very potent and vital to creating harmony in life. It makes you have a more direct and spiritual connection with God or the Source. It will also help take away any worries you have, to take you in the moment and make you more focused.
I urge everyone to take up a meditation routine....
You can do it in the morning or at night before your prayers. (Depending on how or if you pray, you can just meditate alone.)
I guarantee regular meditation will have so many benefits in your life! Some of them are like reduced stress, improved concentration, slows aging, reduces blood pressure, increases immunity and promotes an overall healthier lifestyle. There are too many benefits to count honestly but here are 76 scientific facts on the benefits of meditation.
