Day 20- Seek the Divine in Nature
![]() |
| Good morning! |
Day 20 is all about being out in nature and being aware of life and all its natural beauty provided by the Divine.
The Divine is whatever you choose to call It be it God, the Universe, the Source, etc... It still remains the fact that the difference between life and death is the essence of consciousness that has given to every living thing on this Earth. To be alive is only by God's Grace, which can be taken away at any second.....
Going out in nature, puts you in touch with God, while also marveling at his creations.
Knowing this, I woke up as early as possible could, to see the sunrise by the cliff sides this morning. Not only did I have the most beautiful seat in the world to see nature at its finest, the sense of calm that washed over me as the waves crashed on the rocks down below where I sat, was magnificent.
The landscape looked so serene with the large clouds in the horizon, and the sun rays peeking out to form a beautiful golden yellow hue in the blue sky.
I decided to finally retry my hand at pure art and drawing, which I have never done since I was 15, and recreate my vision on paper.

It will probably take 2 more sunrises to complete it and I can't wait to finish it up.
This was something I wanted so badly to do, and the freedom I felt while holding my pencil was what I had always been looking for all along.
Grenada.... An island of pure natural beauty that I can't describe fully but needs to be experienced. Pictures do it no justice. I love this island just as much as I love my home.
Exploring this island is a major goal for me, because I feel so safe here.
The beauty that surrounds me was all taken for granted for the 7 years that I have lived here. Too engrossed in my own world, I could never see it. I always complained about Grenada being too slow, not having enough trendy places to go to, being a 'boring' island, the sun was too hot, etc...

Now I that I am awake, I now know....
Appreciating nature, is appreciating the work of God.
Nature is literally the Hand of God in the physical realm we live in.
Life is truly beautiful. The trees, sand, sky, mountains, sea, animals, humans.... All creation around us.
God is omnipotent and omnipresent. His Love for us is everywhere and in all of his creation. The love God has for us rivals no other in this Universe. He will always guide you, protect you and keep you safe. As long as you live in a way that pleases Him, nothing bad can ever happen to you!
Fear not, for you have God!
Having a personal connection to the Divine is very important and sacred. We have all just forgotten how to do it, from the day we were born.
But once you know, you life will never be the same again.
You will be fearless! You will be courageous! You will be successful! You will always be fine no matter the situation or circumstance!

| Have faith, for God is always with us! |
Yet why do we choose to take life for granted?
We are so obsessed with developing and perfecting our bodies and minds, accumulating material wealth, while our spirit suffers.
Looking around, seeing all the death, famine, waste and destruction around us. We are so unconscious to everything that we don't stop to think for one second and ask....
Why?
I understand man's insatiable urge to be more technologically advanced, but it shouldn't be at the cost of the very Earth we live.
Things we cannot create naturally, we destroy and replace with our inanimate creations. Some are beautiful and some not so much.
But they lack that essence that life has.
Humans destroy life for, just fun.... I believe if you cannot create a life, then don't have a right to take it away without a genuine purpose.
The plants, animals and humans that live on this planet all share a collective consciousness which is what life is.

| We are all connected, through the essence of life we all share.... |
The sacrifice of their life essence should never ever be in vain. Just as you would want your death to also mean something to the world as well, even if it is just for a tiny moment.
We need to be more cautious of everything we do and be more respectful of our environment.

Like just as we were born with nothing, so shall we return when we die.
The only thing we take with us is our spirit. And if you do not develop it while here on Earth, you would be found wanting by the Powers that be.
We all have one life to live, and we should do it the right way.
I urge everyone to take a walk outside at least once a day or visit very attractive natural sights where you live. It is an excellent place to be by yourself, meditate and get in touch with God.
Not only will you feel a sense of calmness, it makes you feel more love and compassion for all that exists in this world!
