![]() |
| Good morning everyone... |
Hope you are all having a wonderful day already.
Yesterday, I introduced The Secret to you, and I hope you found the information in the book very useful.
This book is meant to be a daily practice for self actualization and that is what this 30 day challenge is all about....
Trying to cultivate good habits and success through positive thinking and strong faith.

The best way to help continue thinking positively is to create inner peace. That is, the mental picture or your happy place that takes you from a negative mood to a positive or calmer countenance. That is achievable by clearing your mind of everything you are thinking about and just having pure silence in your head.
People are constantly worrying about everything because their minds operate based on the fear of the unknown (flight/fight) instead of with love and peace.

| Love is Peace! |
The mind is always thinking about family/love life issues, work, friends/social acceptance, bills, health issues...
Which leads to stress and anxiety, which in turn leads to dissatisfaction with life in general...
This causes negative thinking/pessimism that manifests as changes in mood (feeling depressed, angry, frustration, HATRED, jealousy) and feeling like life is out of your control!
Sometimes it is hard to find inner peace when you are surrounded by chaos, but if you truly look inwards, your mind is in chaos too.
Tip: Your outside world is a reflection/mirror of who you truly are inside. If you look around your personal space right now and see it disorganized, then you have something on your mind disturbing you.
As you clear up your mind, you will start to see everywhere around you get neater and notice you even becoming more health conscious. And also vice versa.
I find cleaning my house as a bit of therapy, because it gives me time to think about my problems and try to find solutions to them.
So how do you get inner peace? It is easy...
I highly suggest using this meditation video below to guide you through the process.
Daily Practice:
When you start to feel yourself worrying or your mood change, I want you to stop whatever you are doing and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath IN. This signifies calmness of air rushing and filling up your body.
Then breathe OUT fully to take all your anxiety away.
While doing this, I want you to think of a happy memory, something awesome about yourself or your goals and dreams. Any happy thoughts that would restore calmness and clear your mind.
I also want you to repeat "I transcend stress of any kind. I live in peace. "
Keep doing this until everything feels calm!
Have a wonderful day as always. And please don't forget to share my page with everybody. Thank you!!!
Peace... Love... Harmony...
