Day 6- Manifestation

Good Morning...
It is another wonderful Monday morning and I am ready for another week full of blessings. I wish the same for you too. 

As I am going through this challenge, I realize that I am really changing for the better. I am more loving, caring, empathetic, joyful and generous. Less judgmental, sad, jealous, bored, etc. 
My body feels more healthy and my skin is glowing. It just makes me feel good inside and out. 


I am constantly trying to be my best possible version....

Following your heart's desire can be truly fulfilling and liberating. 
I always have this picture in my mind of what things will look like when I finally live my dreams and it makes me never give up.

Many people are dreamers though. I was once one, but now I am living my dream... All it took was having the courage to finally do it!
Then came faith... Believing that I have all the power within me and with the help of God (or the Universe) to create this dream into a reality or MANIFESTATION.


True faith is unshakable!


Breaking It Down:

Here is a video on how to MANIFEST  anything you want. 


These are the steps broken down:

1. Choose your INTENTION or DESIRE carefully. Good intentions come true faster. Make sure that your intentions are based on what you truly want and you have to fully COMMIT to it. You have to be full-hearted about your intention.

Tip: Remove all self-doubt or unworthiness within that believes that you do not deserve your desire. It creates a fear of disappointment that it will never come true, which is then what actually happens! 

2. The act of AFFIRMING helps to reinforce positive thinking in your psyche, and help you to be optimistic about yourself and the future. If you tell yourself "I am worthy", you would feel more worthy... Or "I am powerful", you would feel more power, Or "I am happy", you would feel more joyful,.. and so on.

Tip: Writing down about 20 good things you appreciate about you is the best way to reinforce positive thinking about yourself. Whenever you are sad or discouraged, pick it up and remind yourself of how great you are!

3. VISUALIZE your intention very clearly. The picture you see must be so vivid, like you already have it in your life. It should also evoke a feeling of happiness or other good emotions. If you cannot visualize it, go back to the drawing board and start over. It means that you have self doubt about the intention and/or yourself.

4. GRATITUDE is key. You have to be thankful for everything that you have been given at present. Feeling content/fulfilled already, paves the way for more blessings to come into your life.

5. Listening to your heart and having an OPEN MIND. You will be given hints or opportunities, some once in a lifetime, that would be needed to achieve your goal. Being aware of everything around you can provide some divine luck.

Tip: Remove all negatives from your thinking and speech. Remove "no", "not", "never",... from your dictionary!

6. Learning to LET GO and just have FAITH. The work that would be required to achieve the intention will be needed, but once you have done everything in your power, just trust and have faith that your desire has been fulfilled and is on its way to you. Once you learn to let go, you can fully live and enjoy life in the moment ... And when it is ready, you will finally receive your BLESSINGS!

Tip: Remember to always keep thinking positively all the time and always focus on positives!
